The spacious accommodations at The Piedmont include studio through 3-bedroom apartments.
The standard terms are August 13, 2027 to July 23, 2028, with payments made in fixed equal installments. Limited alternate dates are available; please inquire with our staff. Click here for a sample agreement.
Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, the resident(s) of each apartment is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor or pre-pay the final 1½ installments. We may waive this requirement if the resident(s) qualify with their own documented income.
Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The Piedmont offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Yes. While many of the residents at The Piedmont are students at Arizona State University, The Piedmont is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students as well as residents with children, at no extra cost.
The Piedmont has electronic locks for building access plus individual electronically locked bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
The Piedmont is a pet-friendly community, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The community is smoke-free in all indoor and adjacent spaces. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
The Piedmont offers plenty of optional on-site garage parking for an additional cost.
The Piedmont is just steps from the Arizona State campus and Sun Devil Stadium. It’s also directly across the street from the “Packard Dr & 6th street” Valley Metro Rail stop. Trains arrive every 12 to 20 minutes all day long, seven days a week, and run directly to the University Drive and Mill Avenue stops, as well as to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, Glendale and Mesa. Service runs from before 5am until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until nearly 3am on Friday and Saturday nights.
